The Talent Acquisition Manager, in alignment with the Global Talent Acquisition team, will develop and drive the implementation of our recruitment strategy across Asia Pacific. He / She will focus on improving our recruiting processes and tools, to ensure the Recruiting teams have what they need to consistently find high quality new hires to support our business growth. Besides, he / she will be responsible for recruiting mid-to-senior level positions in the region. He / she will also work closely with Headquarters and take the lead on employer branding activities in the region.
