    This is an individual contributor role that will be responsible for achieving high level of customer satisfaction primarily in the field of Waters solutions mainly in XXX region.

     

    The incumbent will be responsible for inventory management, service contract sales and administration.  This role requires approximately XXX % travel throughout XXX and must demonstrate a strong focus on customer satisfaction as well as excellent technical and troubleshooting skills.  As a member of the Waters Global Service organization, the incumbent will gain fruitful insights into this international service portfolio of a dynamic organization.

    責務

    • Manage Installation, maintenance and support of customer solutions implementation primarily in XXX instruments in XXX
    • Deliver system level training at customer sites
    • Lead efforts to resolve open CIT & TI cases
    • Manage service inventory according to Waters policies
    • Maintain CIT database on a daily basis to document work performed
    • Maintain sound knowledge regarding the technology and customers' application demands
    • Work with Sales team in respect to  leads and any issues which would impact customer satisfaction or customer loyalty
    • Ensure that quality system procedures and Health & Safety standards are adhered to at all times

    資格

    • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering, Chemistry or a science related field
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position; advanced training in electronic, mechanical principles preferred
    • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational & problem solving skills
    • Drive for Results, able to work independently, multi-task and prioritize based on business targets
