    The role is a new position for service organization. As China Service business and field engineer team is more and more large,we have to focus on service quality then we can stick our customer and keep increasing revenue.



      Setup Service Quality measurement and monitor mechanism


    • Provide service quality Report within Waters China
    • Conduct service quality gap analysis and help field team to complete correct avtion and prevent action.
    • Focus on service failure analysis,set up flexible service module.
    • Work with cross function team to optimize internal procress,draft SOP ,setup internal audit policy.




    • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering, Chemistry or a science related ,Service background preferred.
    • Relevant experience in QMS and ISO,LeanSigm preferred 
    • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational & problem solving skills
    • Strong paper work ability .
    • Fluent in English .
    • Drive for Results, able to work independently, multi-task and prioritize based on business targets
