    Waters China is seeking an enthusiastic, capable individual to join our Human Resources Team in Shanghai. The appointee will contribute to the team’s success from 2 main aspects: HR Business Partnership & Talent Acquisition. He / She will act as a consultant to provide guidance on HR-related topics / issues / projects.



    1.Provide consultation from HR perspective to BU Heads, Department Heads, and Hiring Managers
    2.Manage and resolve employee relations issues, escalate issues where appropriate; conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations when necessary
    3.Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation, and advise business units on restructures, workforce planning, succession planning etc
    4.Conduct interviews, as required, to assess candidates to ensure right cultural fit, values alignment, long term potential, etc, (via telephone or face to face where possible), setting realistic role expectations
    5.Advise hiring managers on the assessment tools available for different roles
    6.Independently handle the employee life-cycle process & employee P-files for assigned region (pre- & on-boarding, contracting, orientation, exit, etc)
    7.Leading Campus recruitment project


    1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.
    2.5-8 years working experiences in HR function and have solid knowledge in Staffing.
    3.Ability to build close relationships with customer groups, understand their business needs, and create a value-add to the organization is required.
    4.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and have a proven track record of results in a corporate environment.
    5.In-depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems, various staffing models, managing recruitment campaigns, candidate generation techniques is required.
    6.Behavioral Interviewing, direct and Internet research/sourcing is also required.
    7.Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
