The Field Service Representative is responsible for on site installation, maintenance and support of Waters LC/MS products within southern Ontario. Furthermore the position holder will provide customer trainings on various aspects of the instruments usage and administer service plans. The Field Service Representative has to issue case reports about the installation or service visits for documentation purposes and to start the internal Waters escalation process if necessary. The position holder has to interact with customers, Field Service Representatives and other resources within the Waters organization in order to quickly acquire and forward the relevant information to obtain and sustain customer satisfaction and loyalty. The position requires frequent traveling within the assigned region and the country as well as trips to the US and UK for training purposes.
