概要

The Inside Sales/Marketing Representative at TA Instruments will identify business opportunities by pursuing new prospects and maintaining a superb communication line with our existing customers. Seeking someone who will be extremely knowledgeable with the product lines and will be able to work well in a team environment. The desire to explore all channels of communication through internet searches, cold calling, and social media are pertinent to this role.

責務

  • Pursue new business prospects and penetrate competitive accounts through the use of social media and various internet searches.
  • Data entry to update customer/contact database to facilitate distribution of marketing materials to new sales leads.
  • Assist sales staff with generating new leads for different product lines.
  • Assist marketing department with sending out appropriate literature to potential sales leads.
  • Communicate via email, social media, and phone with potential new customers and forward appropriate information to corresponding territory sales representative for follow-up.
  • Work closely with TA sales and marketing managers to discuss leads and research strategies on a weekly basis.

資格

  • Four (4) year degree in Science  related backgroun,  Material Science is prefered. He/she will be be incubator of future sales engineer.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically including an effective telephone presence and professional email correspondence.
  • Excellent computer skills including database search and data entry. 
  • Experience in all forms of Social Media (Facebook©, Twitter©, LinkedIn©, etc.) and Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint). 
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, sales staff, and customers.
  • Must have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and be ultra-responsive to internal and external customers.
