Waters Corporation's Field Services Organization is comprised of highly skilled, motivated and customer focused professionals that are technical experts on Waters’ product suite.  As a Field Service Engineer, working for an industry leader, you'll join a global team of engineers that are committed to ensuring Waters’ legendary service for our customers who utilize our scientific instrumentation and software.  In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide technical expertise on Waters' innovative product suite (LC, LC/MS, HPLC/UPLC, SFC) for multiple customer laboratories spanning across the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences, Chemical Materials, Clinical, Food, Environmental, Forensics, Academia and Government industries.n.

責務

Temporary Position

 

 

 

The main responsibilities include:

  • Be responsible for planning and executing all service activities on all Waters products including installation, demonstration, training of operators, emergency repairs, TAP, Service Contracts etc.
  • Ensure minimum down time for all Waters products.
  • Achieve revenue objectives, co-ordination with the Sales dept, support service and application training to new engineers etc.
  • Achieve highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Deliver high quality Service and support to customers
  • Perform Installations, PMs, Repairs, upgrades, compliance and training for customers
  • Optimise customer relations
  • Effectively manage own calls, administration and inventory
  • Follow Waters routines with an emphasis on quality
  • High focus on customer success
  • Work effectively cross function and cross border       
  • Additional tasks when and where business demands

 

資格

Successful candidate is likely to have the following competencies:

  • B.E in Electronics/Instrumentation or Diploma in Electronics or Instrumentation with 5+ yrs of Industry Experience(HPLC)
  • A good communicator with a high level of customer focus
  • A methodical approach to problem solving.
  • A keen interest  and methodical approach to fault finding and problem solving
