To develop marketing and promotional program to stimulate demand for all Waters range of products eg HPLC/ UPLC, MS, Informatics and ensure timely and proper execution of those programs.
To launch new products or our existing products to new market. - Training of sales force and provide technical support - Hold product / Market seminars for customers and prospect - To co-ordinate internally with all the field sales team and managers to ensure that all proposed marketing programs are conducted with success. - Must be willing to travel extensively.
Educated to degree level or equivalent in a marketing/business discipline
Proven professional marketing communications and experience, minimum of 4 years experience
knowledge on Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry is required
Good communication skills, both written and verbal with a strong attention to detail
Good negotiating and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical, organisational and project management skills
Self-motivated, confident with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple deadlines at once across cross functional teams
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat and PowerPoint software programmes
Ability to travel locally approximately 10% of the time (with own transportation) and work flexible hours as needed – including occasional evenings/weekends
Must be a team player & Will to travel Extensively
